Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policies:
We aim to ship your order within 5 to 7 days. Your order will be shipped using the best parcel carrier in terms of quality of service and delivery days.
Returns:
All orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item. Items must be in new and unused condition. Wheels with previously mounted tires are not returnable. Return requests, please contact our customer service (Shopify, Amazon, Instagram, Facebook) for further assistance.
Damaged / missing items in shipment.
If upon receipt of your merchandise damage is discovered in the shipment, please contact customer service immediately either through one of our platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Instagram, Facebook). Before signing for the package, ask the carrier to note "damaged in shipment". Take photos and/or video of the outer packaging and internal product damage. Once customer service receives the report with sufficient evidence (photos and/or video), it will enter a validation process, if the report is valid, we will provide you with a return label for the damaged products and reship a replacement.
