Who do I contact for warranty information?
To begin a warranty claim, you can contact our Sales Team for assistance.
Please prepare the following articles and include them in your initial email:
- Vehicle year, make and model
- Wheel model
- Original purchase receipt
- Brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of any identifying markings on the backside of the wheel
What should I do if I think a wheel is damaged?
If you suspect that your wheel may be damaged, DO NOT drive on it. We recommend that you reach out to our sales team.
Do you warranty center caps/hub caps?
All of our center caps are covered under our one year finish warranty.
The warranty claim must be related to a manufacturing defect (or as part of the one year finish warranty) and not due to improper installation, loss or damage.
I need to process a return/exchange. What do I do?
