Currency 

All our products are shown in US dollars. Once your card is charged, it will also be charged in US dollars. Please note that your credit card company may charge you a different exchange rate than the current one. In the event that your order is refunded for any reason, the refund will also be made in U.S. dollars, and will be subject to the exchange rate on the day of the refund. Superior WorldWide Wheels is not responsible for any difference in exchange rates. 

Warranty 

Our items are covered by a 1 year warranty, which covers possible defects in the finish and structure of the product. All warranty requests should be directed to our customer service department for evaluation (either through one of our platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Instagram, Facebook). Warranty requests will be rejected if any evidence of abuse and/or misuse is found on our products. 

OUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY shall be to replace, at our sole discretion, any product not conforming to this warranty that is returned for visual inspection, with evidence of payment received for the original purchase. Such repair or replacement shall not include disassembly or installation. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 

IMPORTANT:  

If it is verified that the returned products are not subject to warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender's expense. 

This warranty does not apply if: 

- Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance. 

- Structural damage or failure occurred as a result of an accident or road conditions; 

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY GIVEN AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. 

Excessive or improper tightening torque on rim nuts can result in failure of the rim mounting system. For additional rim maintenance and consumer information, please contact Superior WorldWide Wheels personnel directly.
